Outside of the agency, bodybuilding has been a long-term passion for almost five years, not just as a sport, but a concept of process, resilience, and self-development. Recently returning to the stage after three years away reinforced something that sits at the centre of both bodybuilding and creative work: meaningful outcomes aren’t built overnight.
