Brief

AdvanceRetail, a leader in retail technology solutions, undertook a refresh of its digital identity to modernise and repurpose its existing branding in a more dynamic and cohesive way. The project aimed to create a platform that clearly showcased how AdvanceRetail supports customers overcome complex business challenges while ensuring consistency across all brand channels, including marketing materials, communications, and tone of voice.

Outcome

In close collaboration with AdvanceRetail’s executive team, we redefined the brand by gaining a deep understanding of the software’s principles and how its solutions benefit various areas within the retail sector. Extending far beyond a website redevelopment, this project was an opportunity to align the company’s internal vision and unify every aspect of the brand.

Through this collaborative approach, we identified the ideal design direction, refined existing visual elements, and established a cohesive aesthetic across all communication channels.

Complementing the website launch, AdvanceRetail also elevated its marketing strategy to strengthen brand storytelling, expand awareness, and build meaningful connections with potential customers.

Website Development

AdvanceRetail’s original website functioned more like a basic HTML landing page, offering minimal visual appeal, limited audience engagement, and no clear brand identity. The redevelopment process was driven by the company’s innovative story and the need to reposition AdvanceRetail as a modern industry leader in retail POS solutions.

With a focus on crafting an engaging, interactive user experience, strengthening brand identity, and clarifying key messaging around their values, product offerings, and industry positioning, we worked closely with the AdvanceRetail team to transform their online presence.
