Built on decades of retail expertise, IT Visions delivers a fully customisable software suite tailored to the unique needs of both retail and wholesale operations. With a client base ranging from iconic Australian brands to growing family-owned businesses, IT Visions recognised the need to reinvent its identity. This consisted of refreshing its image, elevating its presence, and repositioning itself as a trusted leader in the retail technology space.

With an outdated brand, inconsistent messaging, and a website lacking structure, cohesion, and visual appeal, the solution was clear: a complete brand overhaul.

Working closely with General Manager Marc Carswell, we reimagined every touchpoint of the IT Visions brand. From developing strategic messaging with a tone of voice that felt both professional and playfully relatable, to shaping an entirely new visual identity inspired by the conceptual fluidity of the cloud—the transformation was intentional, cohesive, and forward-thinking.

The rebrand and website launch became more than a digital facelift. It evolved into a platform for connection—highlighting integrations, showcasing key features, and ensuring customers felt informed, engaged, and aligned with the rapidly shifting retail technology landscape.

This renewed identity represents a defining moment for IT Visions. It embodies a fresh sense of cultural pride, a strengthened commitment to innovation, and a customer-first mindset. With its core offering as a cloud-based retail POS platform, IT Visions required a visual identity that reflected its forward-thinking technology and capabilities. We transformed the original brand—once defined by a loud orange palette and minimal visual connection to innovation—into a modern, cloud-inspired ecosystem.

This shift not only modernised the aesthetic, but unlocked new creative expression through cohesive patterns, intentional imagery, and distinctive graphic elements. The updated brand now feels future-focused, memorable, and aligned with IT Visions’ role as a dynamic leader in retail technology.

Website Design + Development

The redesigned IT Visions website was built to be visually engaging, intuitive to navigate, and fully accessible—ensuring a seamless experience across all devices. With a strong emphasis on their local support offering, the site delivers clarity and confidence while maintaining continuity in tone and design.

Consistent messaging, clean layouts, and vibrant imagery bring the renewed brand to life, creating a cohesive digital experience. Every design and content decision was intentional, crafted to clearly communicate IT Visions’ story, capabilities, and value with purpose and impact.

The site was developed on Squarespace, chosen for its flexibility and ease of content management, allowing for future scalability and in-house updates.
