Brief
Milestone Support Services initially engaged 123 Creative to elevate their social media presence and create more engaging, authentic communications. The project quickly evolved into a full-scale collaboration, including a comprehensive website development and an upcoming brand overhaul. The brief focused on creating a cohesive and professional brand identity that would reflect Milestone’s values, resonate with participants and families, and strengthen their position within the NDIS and aged care sectors.
Outcome
Through a strategic and collaborative approach, 123 Creative delivered a cohesive brand that extends beyond aesthetics to encompass messaging, tone of voice, and language. This evolution has enabled Milestone to present a consistent, authentic, and trustworthy presence across all platforms. As a result, the brand has begun to make waves within the NDIS and aged care industries, with newly developed resources enhancing credibility and connection with participants, families, and other service providers.
Social Media
123 Creative partnered with Milestone Support Services to develop a strong and authentic digital persona across their social media platforms. A digital persona defines how a brand is perceived online through messaging, visuals, and communication, and for Milestone, this process began with little to no existing social media presence.
The initial focus was on building brand and service awareness, establishing a clear and consistent foundation for how Milestone shows up online. From there, content was strategically developed and tailored to foster a genuine sense of culture among the team, participants, and the wider community.
Through a carefully curated mix of authentic imagery and purpose-designed graphic content, Milestone’s digital persona was shaped to feel reliable, approachable, and trustworthy. This consistent and intentional approach has resulted in increased engagement, stronger interaction, and growing recognition from service providers across New South Wales.
Brand Identity
Starting with a loose brand consisting of a logo and colour palette, we worked closely with the team at Milestone Support Services to develop an authentic and genuine identity that clearly reflects their values while elevating their marketing and social media presence.
Through the development of imagery, marketing materials, brand messaging, metaphors, digital persona, a website overhaul, and supporting resources, Milestone Support Services now has a cohesive and engaging brand. This strong foundation positions the organisation to grow and evolve alongside the supports they provide to the community.
Website Design + Development
As part of the website development process, we identified key weaknesses in Milestone Support Services’ original site and worked strategically to create a platform that is interactive, engaging, and informative for all users. A strong focus was placed on improving clarity, structure, and accessibility to ensure the website effectively served participants, families, and service providers.
Service pages were restructured and refined to ensure consistency and uniformity across all information presented, creating a clearer understanding of Milestone’s offerings.
Vacancies
Significant attention was given to the vacancies page. To enhance clarity and engagement, we developed considered property names and detailed descriptions that reflect the unique qualities, environment, and purpose of each home. This approach allows vacancies to be presented with personality and transparency, helping individuals and families make more informed decisions.
To further support this experience, we developed a Property Handbook designed to provide clear, accessible information about each property, expectations, and available supports. The handbook was integrated directly into the website and made available for download, allowing participants, families, and referrers to easily access and share information as needed.
