Brief

Tactix Services, a disability-inclusive gym and support provider, partnered with us to evolve its brand and broaden its reach. Known primarily for training, Tactix wanted to create a central brand hub that would also bring greater traction to its support services. This included a rebrand from Tactix Training into Tactix Services, positioning the business as both a provider of inclusive training and NDIS-aligned supports.

Outcome

Through a collaborative rebrand and digital development process, Tactix has expanded its identity from a training-focused gym into a full service provider. The website now serves as the central hub for the brand, placing equal emphasis on training and support while providing a clear pathway for participants, families, and coordinators.

Refined creative messaging, a consistent tone of voice, and a unified visual system have strengthened brand recognition and accessibility across all platforms. Social campaigns, email outreach, and professional production have extended reach and engagement, showcasing the community impact of Tactix in a more authentic and polished way.

The result is a stronger brand presence that positions Tactix as a leader in inclusive training and support, with the foundations in place for ongoing growth and future development.

Brand Identity

The evolution of Tactix’s identity began with the need to shift perception from a training-first gym into a broader service provider. Working from their existing logo and visual elements, we refined and expanded the system into a cohesive brand identity that could represent both training and support services.

The result is a clear and consistent identity that reflects Tactix’s inclusive values, strengthens recognition across all channels, and supports their growth as a leading provider in the fitness and support sectors.

What began as a focus on social media soon grew into a full website rebuild, as the need for brand continuity across all platforms became clear. The new site was designed as a central hub for Tactix Services, bringing training and support together under one identity.

Balancing clarity with inclusivity, the website highlights the breadth of services while making it easy for participants, families, and coordinators to engage. Careful attention to layout, navigation, and messaging ensured the site not only reflects the brand’s values but also provides a consistent experience across every touchpoint.

Production

A dedicated photoshoot was carried out to enhance both the website and social media content. The focus was on capturing authentic moments across training and support environments, creating a visual library that reflects the inclusive nature of Tactix.

The result is a collection of professional, versatile imagery that strengthens brand consistency and elevates the way services and community impact are presented across all platforms.

Social Media/ Digital Persona

The development of a clear social media strategy marked the starting point of the project. Consistent themes, accessible messaging, and an inclusive tone were introduced to highlight the breadth of services and celebrate the community.

Ongoing content creation, including weekly highlights, program promotions, and service spotlights, built a stronger digital persona and extended the brand’s reach. This approach positioned Tactix as both a training hub and a trusted support provider, while ensuring continuity across all platforms.

Creative Messaging & Tone of Voice

Creative messaging and tone of voice were developed to present Tactix as a unified brand across both training and support services. The focus was on clear, inclusive language that reflects the organisation’s values and speaks directly to its community.

The tone was shaped to be warm, direct, and supportive, avoiding jargon and overly technical language. This approach created consistent communication across the website, social media, email campaigns, and collateral, strengthening recognition and ensuring the brand feels authentic at every touchpoint.
